Delivery

Delivery methods

• Nova Poshta (branch/parcel locker/courier delivery — subject to carrier availability).
• Company transport delivery — upon prior agreement.
• Any other convenient delivery option — by agreement with the customer.

Delivery cost

• Free Nova Poshta delivery for orders from UAH 100,000.
• In other cases, delivery cost is calculated according to the carrier’s тарифs and/or the agreed terms for company transport delivery.

Timeframes

• Estimated delivery time depends on the selected method and the recipient’s region.
• After order confirmation, we will provide an estimated timeframe and, when available, a tracking number.

Inspection upon receipt

• We recommend checking the package integrity and the order contents upon receipt.
• If there is any damage or mismatch, please record it with the carrier (report/claim) and contact us.

Payment

Payment methods

• Bank transfer (non-cash payment using our bank details).

The order is processed after the funds are credited to our bank account
(unless otherwise agreed in a contract or invoice).

VAT

We operate with VAT. VAT rate — 20%.

Warranty

• A basic warranty applies to all goods and services — 1 year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in a contract/specification.
• An extended warranty term may be agreed individually.
• We provide warranty service and replacement in accordance with the contract terms and applicable law.

Returns & exchange

• Returns/exchanges are handled in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and/or the terms of the contract.
• To request a return/exchange, please contact our support team and provide the order number and the reason for the request.
• Refunds are issued to the same bank account used for payment (unless otherwise agreed by the parties).
