Returns & Exchange Policy

We process returns and exchanges in accordance with the requirements of the applicable laws of Ukraine.

Return period

  • Returns of goods of proper quality are possible within
    14 calendar days from the date you receive the order.
  • Returns/exchanges are handled in accordance with the Law of Ukraine
    “On Consumer Rights Protection” dated 12 May 1991 No. 1023-XII.

Conditions for accepting a return

  • The item has not been used and its saleable condition is preserved.
  • All parts/accessories are included; seals/tags (if any) and packaging are preserved where possible.
  • Proof of purchase is available (invoice/delivery note/receipt — depending on the order documentation).

Returns for defective or non-conforming goods

  • If a manufacturing defect or non-conformity is found, please contact us to agree on the next steps
    (exchange/repair/refund) in accordance with the law and/or the terms of the contract.
  • We may request photos/videos of the issue and/or an inspection of the item.

Return shipping

  • Return shipping is arranged by agreement.
    The return method and shipping terms are agreed with the customer individually.

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Contact us and provide the order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
  2. We will provide instructions regarding the return address/method and the required documents.
  3. After we receive the item and verify its condition/completeness, we will process an exchange or a refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the payment source used for the purchase or to bank details agreed with the customer,
    unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
  • Refund posting time may depend on the bank and payment infrastructure.

Additional information

Other solutions may be offered as long as they do not violate legal requirements
and take the customer’s interests into account.
